He's sort of a horse, I assume. He has horse feet. But he has human hands and is upright like a man. And he has the face of a cow, but with eyes at the front of his head. I would assume that his maternal grandparents were a horse and a cow, his mother therefore being a cow horse. And his father, I imagine, was the farmer, so proud of his crossbreeding success that he simply had to make love to the product, and thusly Horace Horsecollar was conceived?
